Cooperation with the School - Parents are expected to enforce regularity, punctuality, and discipline in their children and take a sincere interest in their progress.
Study Routine - Ensure that children prepare their lessons at home, dedicating at least one hour in the morning and two hours in the evening to study. Full cooperation from parents is crucial for the all-round development of the child.
Visiting the School - Parents/Guardians should not see their children or meet teachers during class hours without prior permission from the Principal. Meetings can be arranged on designated dates provided in the school diary.
Daily Diary Check - Parents should check the school diary every day, take note of the homework, and ensure it is completed before sending their children to school the next day.
Communication - Any communication (request/complaint) made by parents should be addressed to the Principal.
Appearance - Ensure that children come to school with properly cut and combed hair, in neat school uniforms.
Participation - Encourage children to participate in all school activities.
Parents’ Meetings - Attendance at Parents’ meetings is compulsory. Parents of Primary school students (LKG to Std. I) must meet the class teacher once a month to discuss their child’s progress. Failure to do so is considered a serious offense against the child.
Avoiding Disruptions - Parents should avoid planning social functions, outings, and pilgrimages on school days.
Fee Payment - School fees and term fees should be remitted on the prescribed day without delay.
Progress Reports - A progress report showing the academic development of the children, with suggestions for improvement, will be sent after each test or examination. The report must be signed by the parent/guardian and returned to the school within three days of issue.
