Admissions are typically done only in L.K.G. The child should be 3 years old at the time of admission. Registrations for admission are conducted in January, as notified on the school notice boards.
Original birth certificates must be submitted at the time of registration.
Students must be accompanied by parents during admission, as parents need to sign the prescribed admission form and pledge to abide by school rules.
To withdraw a child from the school, parents must make a written application to the Principal.
Transfer Certificates will only be issued when all payments due to the school are cleared.
If a student is withdrawn in the middle of a term, parents must pay all the fees for the entire term.
Payment Schedule
Fees are to be paid termly in two installments:
Before the month of June
Before the month of November
Consequences of Default
Defaulters will not be allowed to attend exams.
Non-Refundable Fees
Fees once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Pro-rata Fees
Pupils joining or leaving the school during the term will have to pay the fees for the full term.
Promotions of students who have been absent from the annual examination are based on the following criteria:
The student should have performed well in the averages of the assessments conducted throughout the year.
The Principal and the concerned teachers must be confident that the student will be able to cope with the workload and requirements of the next class.
Leave of absence on medical grounds or any other exemption must have been sanctioned by the Principal.
While deciding the student's fitness for promotion to the next class, factors other than academic performance, such as personality development, will also be considered.
These criteria ensure that promotions are fair and take into account the holistic development and overall readiness of the student for the next academic level.
