Attendance hours are from 8:45 am to 4:15 pm, which includes intervals and lunch break.
Late-coming to school is punishable. If a student is late five or more times, stern action will be taken.
Leave of absence will only be granted on written application from the parents, submitted sufficiently early.
The application must clearly state the specific reason for the leave.
If it is later discovered that the leave was obtained on false grounds, it will be treated as a grave offense.
Students who are absent from school for five consecutive days without explanation will be struck off the rolls and, as a rule, will not be readmitted.
If a student is absent due to illness, the Principal must be informed immediately.
A Medical Certificate must be produced when the student returns to school if the absence is prolonged.
Habitual late-coming, irregular attendance, and insufficient number of working days are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student.
These regulations ensure that students maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and adhere to the school's code of conduct, contributing to a disciplined and effective learning environment.
